The largest automotive aftermarket event in Mexico and Central America has announced new dates for the 2018 event. Previously set for March, INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico City will be moving to July 11 – 13, 2018.
As the decision was in response to market demand, returning the show back to the summer months will guarantee the most return on investment. "Listening to our customers, this was a pivotal decision in ensuring the future success of the show. For this edition specifically, amending the dates allowed us to be considerate of the recent environmental issues and the impact on the business climate in Mexico, stated show director, Bridget Ferris. "We are pleased with the change and are confident that our return to July this year will only impact the show in a positive manner." In order to maintain a consistent schedule, INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico City will continue to be held in this timeframe moving forward.
The date change came only after discussions with several of the exhibitors and attendees and their requests to go back to the summer season. Date changes have not affected the location of the show, which will remain at Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City.
Global automotive industry professionals and media are in support and looking forward to the 2018 event which expects more than 26,000 attendees and 600 exhibitors from around the globe to present their latest products and services on 30,000 square meters of gross exhibition space. Supplying an extensive horizontal and vertical product spectrum, INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico City will continue to be the largest and most important event for the automotive aftermarket in the region.
